Lascombes 1991

Chateau Lascombes

26 years

This property has begun turning out better wines, as both the 1991 and 1992 attest. The light-bodied 1991 is well-made given the vintage's limitations. The color is a sound medium ruby, and the nose offers up attractive spicy, vanillin, berry-like aromas. The wine possesses good body, as well as an attractive ripe fruitiness and suppleness. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
